Lastly there’s the area of North Scottsdale. If you’re looking for a high-end property, this is the area of Scottsdale for you. Many of the homes in this region of Scottsdale exceed $5 million in value and it is a place that is considered to have some of the most expensive homes in the country. Regardless of the expense, North Scottsdale has currently seen an increase in real estate sales. This is mostly due to the fact that it is the home of the famous Scottsdale Airpark.
