Mexico has become an increasingly popular place for US citizens to buy investment property. With the current decrease of activity in the US housing industry increasing numbers of people are looking south of the border to Mexico to make their money through buying property for investment and re sale.

There are numerous explanations why Mexico is becoming more popular as a place to go for investment property.

Right now, a property can be bought in Mexico by directly giving cash. It is a practical option, because on the average scale, property price in numerous regions of Mexico is comparatively lesser than the US price. Some people pay for their new property from the profit they get by selling a property bought before the present one.
