A good way to start, is by finding a website that is related to the product or service that you are offering yourself at the moment. If you buy a website in a related field, you could use it to funnel traffic to your own site, and therefore increase your sales level.

Besides that, the website will have become more valuable now that you have improved the advertising, so another option you have now is to just sell it of. And that’s the last strategy:
Buying a website, only to sell it again quickly. This may proof more risky than the other options, but if you know what you are doing this is the least effort for the most profit. Important if you are trying to do this, is finding places where you can buy websites for cheap, and other places where you can sell them for a good price.
